Fitness Boxing

Boxing-style conditioning that builds power, endurance, and confidence. No contact required. The same drills our competitive fighters run, scaled to wherever you are today.

Sparring

Supervised live training for athletes ready to test what they've learned. Controlled rounds with a coach in the corner. Sparring at B2T is intentional, not casual. You earn your way in.

Fight Team

Competitive training for amateur and pro athletes preparing for sanctioned bouts. Roadwork, sparring, strategy, and corner support through fight night.
